Team Leaders are very important to the work of Chosen to Achieve. Among other responsibilities, they facilitate communication between Chosen to Achieve program staff and mentors, act as advisors in various decisions affecting the program, fill in gaps when mentors are not available, and participate in meetings with school staff and Chosen to Achieve staff.
