Latino Advisory Team The Latino Advisory team was created to ensure that the Latino Mentoring program is meeting the needs of the community. To accomplish this our advisory team includes community leaders as well as St. Paul Public Schools staff. The Latino Advisory Team Includes: Rogelio Munoz, Executive Director of the Latino Chicano Affairs Council Manuel Barrera, Assistant Professor Metropolitan State University Maria Steigauf, Latino Consent Decree Secondary Specialist Pablo Matamoros, Latino consent Decree Parent Advisory Committee Liaison Patricia Perez Jenkins, Southern Minnesota Regional Legal Services Dan Rodriguez, Director of Community Relations |
