United States Department of Education Chosen to Achieve was awarded a large multi-year grant from the United States Department of Education in 2003. This grant enabled the program to establish a foundation for success, and was crucial in the development process of Chosen to Achieve.
Great Lakes Higher Education Guaranty Corporation In 2007, Chosen to Achieve was awarded a grant from Great Lakes Higher Education Guaranty Corporation to fund the first annual African American Culture Camp.
General Mills Foundation Chosen to Achieve was awarded a 2008 Celebrating Communities of Color grant from General Mills to fund the 2008 African American Culture Camp.
The Monitors Club & Foundation In 2008, the Monitors Foundation selected Chosen to Achieve as its community partner for their program entitled "The Future is Now" to support 5 African American young men from 7th grade through High School.
ALC Unidale/Gordon Parks High School ALC Unidale, now called Gordon Parks High School, provided several in-kind donations to Chosen to Achieve between 2004 and 2008.
