Greetings from Chosen to Achieve,

Chosen to Achieve African American Mentoring exists because St. Paul Public Schools saw the needs of our African American students and engaged the community in finding a solution. Since that time I have been continually amazed by the tireless efforts put forth by volunteers and staff to make sure our African American students are given a chance at success.

Being a mentor is a small commitment that can have a huge impact in the life of a child.

With your help we can make sure no child slips through the cracks. As a mentor you can provide students with the tools they need to be successful.

I hope you will consider serving your community by becoming a mentor. Our mentors tell us that they wanted to serve their community, but they discover that the more they give the more they receive. There is nothing like knowing that you helped put a child on the path to a good future.

Thank you,

Sincerely

Anna Young
