Bridges to Success: Mentoring for Transitional Years is a district wide, school-based mentoring program that matches 6th through 9th grade students from diverse cultures with caring adults who offer support and guidance to help them succeed in school! The district wide mentoring program started out as two separate programs Chosen to Achieve: African American Mentoring and Hmong Mentorship but has since expanded to serve students from diverse cultural backgrounds. Our Programs include: -Chosen to Achieve- African American Mentoring -Hmong Mentorship Bridges to Success: Mentoring for Transitional Years also serves the Somali, Karen, American Indian, and Latino communities.
